Fishers, IN – Flexware Innovation, Inc., a professional engineering services firm, will break ground on Thursday, May 23, 2019 on their new headquarters on the north side of the Municipal Drive ellipse, near the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater. The $3.5 million development project will feature a 35,000-square foot Class A office building with 12,000 square feet of office space for Flexware and a build-to-suit area in the remaining space. The City of Fishers will construct a 100-space public parking lot which will be free and open to the public after 6 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
The Flexware Innovation Building joins the growing list of developments in downtown Fishers, with $340 million in investment since 2015. Flexware Innovation announced plans to create 68 new, high-wage jobs in the fall of 2017 and has been providing manufacturing IT solutions for over 20 years.
