Simplified and Actionable Manufacturing Operations Management
Over 8,200 factories worldwide, in a variety of industries, including automotive, chemicals, food and beverage, life science and packaged goods, run TrakSYS™ to gain greater visibility, knowledge, and control into their operations management. As a unified, web-based platform, it is easily scalable and customizable, to manage all your manufacturing operations from any web-enabled device, anytime, anywhere.
Presently, Flexware has implemented TrakSYS™ solutions for three large global manufacturers, including a Midwest-based life sciences Fortune 500 company and a large Seattle-based food and beverage manufacturer. Both these rollouts were based on pilot projects done over the course of a year and started with single line pilots as a proof. At the conclusion of the pilot phase, TrakSYS™ was deemed the ideal solution for the client. From there, Flexware proceeded to finalize the implementation plan, develop custom reports, and complete the rollout to all lines and sites.
Improved Line Performance Management and core Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data collection and calculation played major roles in the customers’ decisions. Additionally, Flexware provided customer training services and ongoing support to ensure the adoption of a successful solution for the enterprise.
