American Water Training
We look forward to welcoming you to Flexware Innovation for American Water-specific training. Our “University” classroom provides the perfect setting for learning and networking with your peers. The classroom is equipped with ample space to spread out notes along with the laptop provided to you for training. Each class is staffed with a primary facilitator who leads the instruction and a secondary facilitator to assist when you have questions or get stuck. And you’ll find a friendly support team ensuring that you have a great learning experience. Help yourself to coffee, soft drinks, water, and snacks during breaks and enjoy “The Union” where we’ll enjoy lunch and conversations. You’ll find a large selection of restaurants in the upscale city of Fishers for evening meals. We look forward to welcoming you to our Fishers, IN headquarters!

American Water Training Prerequisites
- Completion of prerequisites is required prior to class. This course assumes base-level knowledge of Ignition. The course is not designed as an introduction to Ignition and will focus on American Water specific topics.
- The prerequisite courses are highlighted in red and Supplemental Videos are not included in the suggested prerequisite courses. *** Please ensure you have a good understanding of these topics.

CLASS SCHEUDLE: This class is an in-person, hands-on class taking place in Fishers, Indiana.
The class has been customized for American Water and is closed to the public.

The training will be held at Flexware Innovation’s Headquarters. The address is 12 Municipal Drive, Suite 200, Fishers, IN 46038, USA.
Park on the North Side of the building in the large parking lot (pictured). The doors on this side of the building are the Main Entrance. Find our offices on the 2nd Floor, Suite 200. For training, the classroom “University” is on your right upon entering the first-floor Main Entrance.
NOTE: Most GPS Apps will direct you to the South side of the building. Do not park here. While there are a few parking spaces along the road, Flexware offices are not accessible through the South doors.
