Despite accounting for more than half of the US workforce, women remain underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Given the fact that women account for only 27 percent of the STEM workforce, the need to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces is becoming more urgent.
Andrea Turner, a Senior Systems Engineer at Flexware, is on a mission to help women succeed in STEM. We are thrilled that she has carried on this passion at Flexware by assisting in the formation of the employee-led group known as “Women of Flexware.”
