Train with Cognex Experts at Flexware Innovation
Flexware Innovation is proud to host official Cognex training courses in partnership with Cognex. These instructor-led classes are taught by certified Cognex instructors and provide hands-on, practical learning for vision system users of all experience levels. Below you’ll find course descriptions, schedules, registration details, policies, FAQs, and travel information.
Two Sessions, One Week
This Cognex In-Sight Vision Suite training includes two separate sessions—Standard and Advanced. Each session is a standalone, paid class, and you may register for one or both.
Registration is completed through one form, where you’ll select the session(s) you plan to attend.

Option 2: In-Sight Vision Suite Spreadsheet Advanced
The In-Sight Vision Suite Spreadsheet Advanced class teaches the advanced topics of how to configure a vision application using the spreadsheets programming environment and user interface.

Registration Policies and Procedures
Reserving Your Spot
You must register in order to reserve a spot in class. Please note, emailing your intentions to attend a class does not consistitute a reservation in the class.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the class start date will receive a full refund minus the transaction fee if you paid with card (approx. 3% of your ticket price).
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the class start date are subject to a $400 late cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Registrants who do not attend and do not provide notice before the first day of training are responsible for the full registration fee.
Minimum Enrollment
Flexware reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class if minimum enrollment isn’t met. In the rare event this happens, registered attendees will be notified 30 days before the scheduled start of training.
Location and Travel Information
The training will be held at Flexware Innovation’s Headquarters. The address is 12 Municipal Drive, Suite 200, Fishers, IN 46038, USA.
Park on the North Side of the building in the large parking lot (pictured). The doors on this side of the building are the Main Entrance. Find the classroom just inside the front doors to the right. If parking is not available in this lot, you may park in any adjacent lots and street parking. Please observe all city signs for parking restrictions.
NOTE: Your GPS may direct you to the South side of the building. Do not park here. While there are a few parking spaces along the road, Flexware offices are not accessible through the South doors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Included in the registration fee are all class materials, lunch each day of training, and refreshments throughout the class (coffee, soft drinks, snacks).
You may pay with credit/debit cards or invoice.

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our cancellation and transfer policies work:

If you leave a training in progress, you may request any physical training materials (manual and lab work) provided during the training. No refunds or transfers will be issued for partial attendance. No free certification test attempt will be given (if the class provides one).
Invoices for our training sessions are due net 30 days. Invoices must be paid, or checks must be received at least 5 business days before the start of the training. If payment is not received by this time, you may lose your class reservation.
