Scott Whitlock’s Flexware vision grew out of his passion to strengthen manufacturing in America. He grew up in rural Indiana and saw first-hand how a manufacturing firm becomes the life-blood of a community. He’s positioned Flexware to address the growing crisis brought on by global influences. The difference between Scott and other people with ideas is that Scott can translate his vision into real-time, bottom-line realities. Ones that save time and money, increase quality and throughput, and make the manufacturer’s life easier…and more profitable.
With extensive experience in providing custom solutions, he gets to the root of common manufacturing challenges and cuts to the chase in clear, concise concepts customers can understand and own. Ultimately, he knows his client-partners need to understand and believe in solutions before they will commit to them. Through exploration and an inquisitive, partnership approach, Scott uncovers manufacturing inefficiencies, then mobilizes the resources to invent and introduce solutions.
Scott holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) from Purdue University. He currently sits on the board of directors for the Hamilton County Indiana Entrepreneurship Advancement Council (EAC) and Purdue University’s College of Technology Industrial Advisory Board for Electrical and Computer Technology. Scott is also a past board member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Purdue University’s Technology Assistance Program (TAP) advisory board. Scott is a member of Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and served on AME’s Great Lakes Board of Directors. He has been active in Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA), TechPoint, Instrument Society of America (ISA) and is a Microsoft Certified Sales Professional.

Jason’s experience with manufacturing technology is varied and deep. From SPC solutions and machine tools to MES systems and software development, Jason’s expertise is an obvious asset to any manufacturing organization. His success in helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers meet FDA regulations has been profound. By developing Flexware’s Part 11 Remediation Toolkit for regulated industries — a guide for common solutions to common problems — customers like you can take advantage of Flexware’s technology vision.
Jason holds a degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technology from Purdue University. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE). He is also a member of the ISA S95 standards committee.

Jason Strawhacker’s 12 years in software development make him invaluable to Flexware’s customers for distributed design and development. His experience with large mission-critical systems for both products and customer projects has put him a step ahead of other developers in the field.
Mr. Strawhacker has focused his career on software architectures and software development life cycles. Some of his professional interests include high-speed data collection and intelligent execution and control. Mr. Strawhacker joined Flexware in December of 1997.

Dave Dircksen has over 15 years of industry experience supporting his role as the Professional Services Team Leader for Flexware. His background in project management, consulting, computer system integration and software development in various manufacturing domains make him a versatile project lead for the Flexware team.
